PAPA Playwrights Writer's Weekend

The workshop will take place over two days (Saturday and Sunday). Each morning will begin with exercises that will consist of small, medium, and large writing prompts to fuel your creative writing. We will break for individual writing time and some general household chores (Stephanie has to sweep on Saturdays and clean the bathroom on Sundays). We’ll come together in the late afternoon to have a brain break with PAPA Playwright Cohort 0 Member, Arthur Robinson who will lead you through an exercise of their own followed by more individual writing time! Each evening, we will come together to share up to 30 pages of your project, followed by a creative response session, which Stephanie will lead and guide the group through. We ask that participants attend both evening sharing sessions so that they are able to give their valuable feedback to other playwrights.
